In my last post titled ‘When the Locusts Come They Eat Everything’ I mentioned that the Bill to amend UCC Article 8 had strong bipartisan support in the Tennessee Legislature. The Great Taking is not a Red vs. Blue issue – it is Us vs. Them (the ‘too big to fail banks’).
